Axis Advisors currently works with defined contribution, defined benefit and profit sharing plans as well as endowments & foundations.  As an independent firm we offer unbiased plan selection; and our client-first approach is evident in our availability to participants and administrators.

Defined Contribution Plans
 
Axis Advisors works in conjunction with your plan trustees to select a broad, diversified fund offering as well as appropriate model portfolios.  These portfolios are implemented using professionally managed, low-cost, no-load or load-waived mutual funds.  We also work with the plan trustees to provide a detailed report of the fund offerings and selection process.  Within the 401(k) or 403(b) plan, participants will be able to develop custom portfolios using the offered funds, select a risk appropriate model portfolio or, if offered, a separately managed account.
 
Pension and Profit Sharing Plans
 
Despite the growing trend toward defined contribution accounts, a large number of defined benefit and profit sharing plans with pooled investments exist.  Axis Advisors has experience working with these types of plans and understands the fiduciary responsibilities of managing the plans for the benefit of all employees.  Axis Advisors provides professional, discretionary investment management for defined benefit and profit sharing plans.  As required by ERISA, we are the “prudent expert” for you, the plan trustee.
